Remembering Brevin James Lacy
March 24, 2004 - April 20, 2005

As most of you know, Baseball with Brevin was started as a way to honor our son, Brevin James Lacy who passed away April 20, 2005 due to complications from cerebral palsy.  During Brevin’s short life he was helped tremendously by the support of physical and occupational therapists.  We learned first hand the benefits of having access to the latest medical care and treatment.  We couldn’t think of a better way to honor Brevin than raising funds to make sure children from all backgrounds had the same support he did.

A message from Uncle CB, Brevin's uncle whose idea it was to do Baseball with Brevin

Baseball with Brevin, "Our Little Giant"

All little boys grow up loving baseball and Brevin was no different.  He often donned the orange and black of his Giants and cooed in front of the TV as the excitement of the game mounted and the rest of us cheered.  We're celebrating Brevin's life, joining him in watching the Giants take the field.  As we continue to embark on life's adventures, we must remember that Brevin is with us always.  Our first annual Baseball with Brevin marked the first and beginning of many fulfilled dreams for us an him.  As you smile up at the sky remember a bigger and brighter smile is shining down on you.  Go slow as you enjoy life so Brevin can take it all in and enjoy it himself.  I thank you for your support and for joining us for such a special occasion.  Undoubtedly, the San Francisco Giants will get a lift as our little Giant joins them for a baseball game.
